Transfer an existing line

If you have an existing line and number and you wish them to Megganet, you can phone us on 028 8283 1111 or download and print out the transfer application form here.

Once we get all the necessarry details and you confirm the order, we will proceed with the transfer.

Please note, when transfering a service to us, the first bill will include the first months rental plus aditional services (caller display etc) transfered form your old provider. Services, you do not wish to continue to pay for will be removed from subsequent bills.

Existing services (Caller display etc) transfer to us and when your line transfers, and at that point, we add any aditional services you may need and we remove any services you do not need.

At the moment, line transfers are taking between 10 and 20 working days and you can use your control panel to moitor the progress of your instalation.
